VTL is a membership-based indoor golf facility whose mission is to provide golf enthusiasts with world-class facilities and professional guidance. With our state-of-the-art golf simulator powered by Trackman technology, you have the convenience to practice, improve, and socialize, all under one roof, no matter the season.

How accurate are indoor golf simulators?
Indoor simulators, such as our Trackman system, are highly accurate. They utilize advanced technology to track aspects of your game including swing speed, ball trajectory, and more. This provides feedback that you can actively use to improve your game.
Do I need to bring my own clubs?
Yes, members are required to bring their own clubs to make the experience as realistic as possible. This allows for a consistent and personalized practice experience geared towards improving your individual game.

Can indoor simulators improve my golf game?
Definitely! Indoor simulators provide a wealth of information to help you improve your technique. The detailed analytics help you dissect each shot, allowing you to identify and work on your areas of improvement.
What should I wear while playing on the simulator?
Comfort is key! Any attire that you'd usually wear to an outdoor course is suitable. Golf clothing is preferred since it allows unrestricted movement during your swing.
How long does it take to play a round of golf on a simulator?
Duration depends on various factors such as speed of play and the selected course, but usually, a round of golf on a simulator takes around one hour.
Can I store my clubs at the facility?
Currently, we don't offer storage services. Our members are required to carry their clubs with them after each session.
Is the simulator suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our simulator is highly user-friendly and suited for all levels, from beginners to professionals. Our friendly staff are always ready to guide you if needed.
Can I play a round of golf with friends on the simulator?
Yes, you can! It adds to the fun and shared learning experiences, providing opportunities for friendly matches and competitions.
What types of golf courses are available on the simulator?
We offer a wide range of courses from around the world, providing diverse and virtual realistic experiences.
Does VTL offer coaching or professional instruction?
We do! VTL offers instruction from experienced golf professionals. Their expert guidance can significantly enhance your golfing skills and understanding of the game. Please inquire at the front desk for more information on coaching programs and schedules.
How do I book? Mobile App
Book either via website or mobile app.
Why can I only book one hour at a time?
Unlimited Membership Members can book up to 3 hours at a time, our Monthly Members have to book one hour at a time, but can book up to 3 hours consecutively. Unfortunately just a limitation of our booking engine.
What do I do if I need to cancel/change a booking?
Cancellations and changes can be made up to 24 hours before your booking. Inside 24 hours to have to email us. Fees may apply for cancellations inside 24 hours based on demand.
How can I learn how to use the TrackMan TPS simulator software?
All new Members receive a complimentary 30 minute session, email us to book your time and we will get you set up.
What's the benefit of the TrackMan app? Google Play Store - App Store
TrackMan app will allow you to login each time you use the simulator and will track all your activity. Practice sessions, rounds of golf and your statistics. It will also allow you to compete in VTL Member events.
How do I get details reports from my TrackMan practice sessions?
Use your TrackMan login details at www.mytrackman.com and you will be able to access all your reports. Reports have to be sent at the end of your practice session, ask us how to do that if you don't know how.
I see Bose speakers, how do I connect?
Use the Bose remote and hit the bluetooth button until the blue light fashes. Then look for BOSE TV SPEAKER in your bluetooth connections. If it's unable to connect, hold the bluetooth button on the remote for 10 seconds, or until you hear a beep. That resets the speaker memory and try to connect again.
Why do I have to complete the Membership Agreement?
The agreement, once completed will email you your entry code and alarm code for VTL entry. As we are a Member club, you will be responsible for using your entry code and disarming and arming VTL if you are the first one in, or last one out. The agreemnt also provides you with key phone numbers for VTL staff who you contact for help.
Do you sell Food & Beverage?
We do not sell any food & beverage. Our clubs have fridges that Members are welcome to use for your own food or drinks, or you can order in food to VTL. We ask that you be responsible and always clean up after you are done. This is a great benefit of being a VTL Member!
Can I bring guests?
You are welcome to bring guests anytime. The cost for a guest to join you for a round of golf or practice is $20. Whether the guest is there for 1,2 or 3 hours, the cost is still $20. Members are responsible for letting us know when they bring guests and arranging payment.
Do I need my own golf balls and tees?
Yes. Members are required to use their own balls. Golf balls with cuts, scratches or markers on them must NOT be used, as they can damage the screens. VTL supplies each simulator with a variety of plastic 'Birdie Tees' that we recommend you use.
Are their events for me to play in?
Members are welcome to play in all of our VTL Series events. Members will receive information about those events via email communication.
Can I host a private event?
Yes, Members have the option to book private events. We can assist with catering and organizing/hosting your event. Contact us for more details.

Do I get access to the gym?
Yes, Milton VTL Members have complimentary access to the gym. You must book it, same as you would book a simulator, just choose "gym" and you can only book for one hour per day.
